To all,

Weebles hit a alltime high last night they had 12 skaters, and took it to the Lagers 9-0

D-Man had a awesome game.

new rookie adam popped in 2 and has set the tone for the rest of the old farts.

Ballard was held out of the starting lineup for a smelly jersey.

mbush,

If we had the icetime available to add more Pickup Hockey sessions we surely would, but the ones we have now only get 10-14 people at $10 per does not pay the bills, I welcome anyone to purchase the ice and us eit for drop in hockey (when we have ice available) we have added an additional sticktime on Saturday 7:125am-8:15amfor the summer and drop in hockey on Sunday 11:30am-12:45pm.

We only have one ice surface to try to keep every single skater to happy, and that is quite a juggling act.

come out and support those sessions

How does everyone feel about the Adult Hockey program at Sherwood?  What are some things you feel could be improved upon and what are some of the things that are really great about it.  Please voice your opinion!

Thanx
Huh

? I am unsure why Steve and Bob haven't made more pick-up hockey slots available to us puck-heads.? There should be at least 3 days where we can all get together and have some fun.? They did away with Mondays and nobody knows if they will bring it back.? We all know that Valley doesn't have the best ice to play on, but at least they have the 11:45-1:15 time frame set Monday to Friday for stick-time which we can play a scrimmage game if enough guys show up.? Usually Tuesdays are packed with guyus and gals of all levels of play out slapping the puck around.?

? MORE PICK UP HOCKEY PLEASE!!!!!!

?Huh? Thanks.... MB

Big Todd,

back in the day when we all used wood sticks, you would heat and bend (curve) the wood blade to fit your preference.

CCM's vector (newest model) seem to fit well, they suit small forearms really well because they have a locking design with a few different strapping methods. I'm not sure how they do for any other size, but they are a bit pricey($60).
